                Sparring Class

We believe that everyone can benefit from Martial arts training.  Sparring classes are every Wednesday and Thursday, and while it is an important part of your training, it is not mandatory; it will not be a part of your test.  We teach light contact sparring which will give you control over your kicks and help you to increase your speed and precision.  Our sparring program begins after completing your test for yellow belt.  Part of your white to yellow belt test will be an introductory seminar on sparring.

White belts are encouraged to attend sparring classes.  While you will not spar with others, you will learn the fundamentals of sparring kicks and prepare for sparring.

If you do not wish to participate in sparring please attend classes on Mon, Tues, Friday, and/or Sat, but you will be missing out!  If you are simply apprehensive about sparring, talk with your instructor.  They can answer your questions and hopefully you’ll realize you have nothing to fear!

Regular Classes ( South HurstBourne +Preston Hwy.)

Our regular classes are structured, organized, and of course fun!  They are open to the whole family.  With multiple instructors we have the ability to separate our students by age and belt and get personalized training to your level.  Regular Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday and consist of a basic outline of warm-up, curriculum training, and burn-out.
